Privacy statement

AKSU AG takes your privacy very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.

The use of our website is possible without providing personal information. Should you use the contact form, we will ask you to provide personal data (such as names, addresses or email addresses). This is strictly on a voluntary basis. The data collected this way are not transferred to third parties without your express consent.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against unauthorised access by third parties is impossible.

Server log files

Our web hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to it in so-called server log files. These are:

  • Browser type/browser version
  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL (the webpage you came from)
  • Visited page(s)
  • IP address of accessing computer
  • Date and time of server request

These data cannot be linked to specific individuals. They will not be combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to examine these data retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Contact form

If you send us questions via the contact form, your data from the request form, including the contact details you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions with us. The data are transmitted via an SSL connection, i.e. encrypted. These data will not be disclosed to anyone without your consent.

Duration of data retention

The data stored in the server log files are stored by our web hosting provider for a maximum of 7 days before they are anonymised. Data whose further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes are exempt from anonymisation until the incident has been finally clarified. We as website operator only have access to anonymised user data. Server logs are stored for a period of five years and then deleted.

Data submitted to us via the contact form are as a rule retained until the issue is solved and deleted afterwards, unless you have given us permission for their continued storage.

Your right to information, correction, cancellation, deletion

You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored with us. You also have the right to correction, deletion, limiting of processing as well as data portability.

According to article 77 GDPR you have the right to complain to the responsible regulatory authority should you consider the processing of your personal data to be illegal.
